Answer the Call to Care for Veterans
AzDA Cares Foundation is partnering with MANA House at Catholic Charities to connect veterans in need with dental care, with treatment provided in participating dentists’ own offices and approved costs reimbursed through grant from Western Alliance Bank.
Many veterans face barriers to receiving the dental treatment they need. Through this partnership, AzDA Cares Foundation and MANA House at Catholic Charities are working to connect veterans with compassionate dental professionals who are willing to provide care in their own practices. Thanks to generous grant from Western Alliance Bank, approved treatment costs will be reimbursed, helping dentists serve patients who might otherwise be unable to afford care.
How Can You Help?
Volunteer to treat a veteran in your office. Approved treatment costs will be reimbursed, and your participation will help expand access to needed dental care for those who have served.
If you have finished providing treatment, we may be able to reimburse you for costs here.
For Participating Dentists
- Treat your matched veteran as you would any patient of record.
- You decide how much care to donate or be reimbursed for. A grant is available to offset fees.
- Treatment plans must be approved first.
- Travel expenses for the patient can be included in the treatment plan and reimbursed.
- We encourage conservative treatment, as a fee schedule will be provided for reimbursements.
