MANA House Veteran Program
Help bring needed dental care to veterans rebuilding their lives.
AzDA Cares connects eligible residents of Catholic Charities' MANA House with volunteer dental professionals who provide care in their own practices. A grant from Western Alliance Bank helps support approved treatment costs.
Who receives care? Eligible MANA House residents. This is not an open registration program for all Arizona veterans.

Register & connect
Volunteer through AzDA Cares and connect with an eligible MANA House resident.
Approve the plan
Discuss proposed treatment and receive approval for any costs to be reimbursed before providing care.
Provide care
Treat the veteran in your practice and submit any eligible, approved expenses afterward.
Providers may donate some or all of their care. Reimbursement is subject to the approved plan, the program's fee schedule and available funds. Patient travel costs must also be approved in advance.

Who is eligible to receive care?
The program supports eligible residents of Catholic Charities' MANA House. Veterans should work through their MANA House case manager; there is no general public patient signup on this page.
Where is treatment provided?
Participating dental professionals treat patients in their own practices, not at an on-site dental clinic at MANA House.
What expenses may be reimbursed?
Only eligible, pre-approved costs within the program's fee schedule and available funding. Patient travel expenses may be included if specifically approved as part of the treatment plan.
